Classic Cutters Rendezvous
Sept. 16 & 17th 2011
Cape George CutterAhoy sailors especially if you own a cutter. September 16th and 17th we are having an event in Port Townsend just for sailboats rigged as a cutter. We don’t care if your sailboat is fiberglass, steel, or wood just as long as it has one mast with two headsails. We will have some prizes for the oldest, the saltiest, which traveled the farthest, and some other categories we can dream up. Hopefully Saturday we can get out on the bay and put the boats to the test in a fun race and sail-by. Point Hudson Marina has been reserved for the event which is in downtown Port Townsend and next to the NW Maritime Center. Come celebrate the rich heritage of owning yachts of exceptional quality and durability. Share your stories and adventures with other classic cutter owners. It is time to plan a sailing trip to the Pacific Northwest to the sail in the San Juan and Canadian Gulf Island after enjoying Classic Cutters Rendezvous in historic Port Townsend.
Accommodations & Fees
Slip fees for boats moored at Point Hudson on a $1.00 per foot basis per night. We do not collect slip fees. Boat can lay at anchor if they wish.
